Return Policy

At Bella Donna Beauty Official, we always give priority to our customers' satisfaction and shopping experience. However, if you have purchased a faulty item from us, the item can be returned and we will either process an exchange or refund for you.

 

Bella Donna Beauty Official understands that customers can find it is tricky when buying online as you have never felt or tried on the products. For that reason, we offer our customers a lenient returns policy which allows you to get a full refund or exchange for any products you are not happy with. All of the purchases within Australia have 15 days to return items with proof of purchase. Bella Donna Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns which are not received within a reasonable time frame.

Specifically, as for not fitting in size case, if you already purchased the smallest/ biggest size, but still find the items are too big/ small for your body measurement, we cannot offer return and refund services. This is because the size chart is always provided clearly under every product page. 

 

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags, and where applicable hygiene stickers still attached. We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or color that you may prefer. We will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that the above conditions have not been met. The maximum allowed number of returned items for each purchase is three items

 

If you are exchanging Paypal items via our website, we will process a refund on the items returned, and you will need to re-purchase via our website. We are more than happy to honor free shipping and any special prices paid - just contact at Customer Services Team at belladonnabeauty1@gmail.com.

 As for AfterPay purchase, unfortunately, we cannot process the return and refund for our beloved customers. 

 

*Please note that we only accept the returns sent by Regular Standard service of Australia Post Office and we will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid. Otherwise, for other return reasons, the return costs are paid by the customers. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods. Bella Donna Beauty Official is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

The refund process might take up to 14 business days since we receive your returned items.
